Banana Yogurt Smoothie

A sweet tasting, light, and easy-to-prepare snack that is full of protein and vitamins.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 3 Bananas Fresh or Frozen
  • 1/2 cup 2% Milk Use more if you want a thinner smoothie
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter Or almond butter for extra protein
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed Optional
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder Optional

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, mixing until smooth.
