Cheesy Zucchini

This pan-cooked side is fast and fresh. A simple way to add flavor to your veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Zucchini
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • Salt and Pepper To taste

Instructions

  1. Cut zucchini lengthwise into 1/2″ strips.

  2. Heat oil in large sauté pan and cook zucchini until softened, about 15 minutes.

  3. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the zucchini and cover pan for 2-3 minutes until cheese has melted.

  5. Serve warm.
