Braised Kale
An easy and hearty side dish that’s loaded with fiber! This recipe is quick, easy and pairs well with a variety of meals.
Substitute vegetable stock for a vegetarian version.

Instructions

Heat oil in large sauté pan.

Add in onions and garlic. Cook until softened but not brown, about 5 minutes.

Add kale and broth and bring to a boil.

Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.
